Hitesh heads the Mergers and Acquisitions (domestic and cross-border) at the firm and brings over a decade of experience in Mergers and Acquisitions (domestic and cross-border), Private Equity, Venture Capital, Joint Ventures, Fund Formation and General Corporate Advisory space. Over the years, he has developed his core expertise in sectors including manufacturing, beauty, retail, e-commerce, pharmaceutical & healthcare, real estate, construction & infrastructure, telecommunication, media & technology, electric vehicles, FMCG, textiles, and automobiles.

He has handled numerous high-profile and complex corporate transactions, including advising on several largest domestic and international private equity funds. He has driven the transactions from end-to-end, commencing from strategizing, due-diligence, to the scrupulous execution and closing.

Hitesh’s 360-degree approach makes him a ‘go to’ person for clients for obtaining any general legal advice in the corporate sphere, while protecting their commercial interest. Prior to this, Hitesh was associated with a renowned Indian tier-one law firm.
