Kumar is Counsel – Corporate, Commercial & Technology (Data Privacy) at the {rm and brings over 13 years of extensive in-house legal experience. He has advised on a broad spectrum of commercial transactions, strategic contract negotiations, technology agreements and corporate advisory matters.

Throughout his career, Kumar has worked closely with business leadership on complex legal and regulatory issues, enabling commercially pragmatic and risk-balanced decision-making.

At the {rm, Kumar focuses on Corporate & Commercial Advisory, Technology Transactions and Data Privacy & DPDP Act compliance. His experience from the client side further strengthens the {rm’s ability to provide practical, business-focused legal solutions to its clients, and he plays a key role in expanding the {rm’s corporate and regulatory practice.
