Rahul has an experience of over a decade in capital markets comprising domestic and international markets. He has vast experience in documentation and structuring required for fund raising including through initial public offerings (IPOs), follow-on public offerings (FPOs), qualified institutional placements (QIPs), rights issues, foreign currency convertible bonds (FCCBs), non-convertible debentures (NCDs), preferential issue, buy back, takeover, debt issue, delisting, block deal/bulk deal etc. Having advised on more than 100 capital market transactions, he has advised issuers, promoters, investment banks and several marquee investors across various sectors including FMCG, financial services, gaming, healthcare, information technology, EPC, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, retail, and telecom.

In addition to the Capital Market, Rahul also specialize in General Corporate Advisory and Private Equity as well as providing advisory services with respect to Companies Act, SEBI Regulations, cross border transactions and structuring.
